Pre & Prime Station
It can be very difficult for some companies to create a finish that looks factory new. That is why prep stations are so important in preparing a vehicle for painting. The DeVilbiss line of Pro-Prep Work Stations clean the vehicle of any excess debris or dust, which assures the most accurate and high quality paint job possible.
Painting & Curing Booth
Once the vehicle is prepped and ready to be sprayed, we use the latest waterborne paint technologies to ensure a quality paint job. PPG’s Envirobase® High Performance basecoat represents the 3rd generation advancement of the innovative, waterborne technology that PPG first introduced in 1999. This waterborne basecoat system contains considerably less volatile organic compounds (VOC) than conventional solvent-borne basecoat. This makes Envirobase particularly suitable for use in areas where VOC emissions or product VOC content are subject to legal restrictions. It is better for your car as well as the environment.
Envirobase® High Performance basecoats, in combination with PPG’s Global Refinish System of undercoats and clearcoats, provide a simple, easy-to-use system offering maximum throughput with globally-accepted OEM approvals. These products are easy to apply and blend and have excellent color match. Computer technology and our state-of-the-art mixing system assures us that the perfect mix and match is made. Once that is accomplished, it is time to paint the vehicle accurately and cure the paint. The DeVilbiss Concept Cure II model does all that in one booth to assure a perfect job every time.
